Our Classes

We have four classes at our school, all of which are named after birds.

Eagles

The Eagles are just beginning their school life - with children in Early Years and Year 1. They are taught by Miss Cook, class teacher, and Ms Gobey, teaching assistant, who follow the children's interests and facilitate learning experiences. The Eagles love spending time in our School Garden - building dens, playing imaginatively and looking after nature.

Kestrels

The Kestrels class is our class of Year 1 and Year 2 children. They are taught by Mr Wilkinson, with the support of teaching assistant Miss Maizie. Mrs Fuller and Mrs Newell also support children in this class. This class is busy, organised and filled with enthusiastic learners!

Hawks 

The Hawks class is for our Year 3 and Year 4 children. They are taught by Mr Hall, ably supported by Ms Aldhouse.  Please see the Hawks class page for information about their learning and to find out more about life in this exciting class!

 Owls

The Owls class are our Year 5 and Year 6 children taught by Miss Yarham, along with teaching assistant Mrs Wilson. Ms Aldhouse supports the class in maths on a Friday. Mrs Jones also support this class, working with some of our children. The Owls class are good role models for the younger children.
