Avening Primary School

We have four classes at our school, all of which are named after birds.

The Eagles are just beginning their school life - with children in Early Years and Year 1. They are taught by Miss Ellis, class teacher, and Mrs Carter, Miss Graham and Mrs Boulton, teaching assistants, who follow the children's interests and facilitate learning experiences. The Eagles love spending time in our School Garden - building dens, playing imaginatively and looking after nature.

To see more about the Eagles class, take a look at the Eagles blog page which is updated with information about the children's learning regularly.
